Next week in "whatcha u cooking?"

After over 10 dessert recipes it is time make some low-cal dishes. Some may not be low-cal, but savory and tasteful. Here is a sneak peak:

Monday: Grandma chicken soup


Tuesday: Breakfast pita pockets


Wednesday: Pumpkin soup (there is pumpkim again!)


Thursday: Salmon with green beans (our first fish dish)


Friday: Penne with beef and garbanzo beans
